SHIPPING

All my product prices include shipping & handling fees.

I use Canada Post to ship orders. Shipping times will of course vary, depending on the destination of the package. I will usually send packages out via Expedited parcel which will take approximately up to 13 days, sometimes longer to very remote locations.

I always give my customers a tracking number to track their orders.

RETURNS

Due to low stock levels and the nature of my handmade and made to order products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, that may change once my business gets going and my inventory increases.

I try my best to send out quality products and I package them with great care.
